We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at thewisestillseekhim@gmail.com

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at thewisestillseekhim@gmail.com with photos of wrong/damaged items, and we’ll sort that out for you. 

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.  Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let  us know at thewisestillseekhim@gmail.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

Our policy does not permit any returns. All sales are final due to hygiene reasons. Please check your order before payment as our sizing is completely accurate. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If there is a quality issue with the product you purchased and ordered email us at thewisestillseekhim@gmail.com with quality pictures so we can gladly find a resolution.

Taxes and Duties
Orders from some countries may be subject to local customs and duties fees upon arrival. All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded by Still Seek Him Clothing. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays.

Refunds (if applicable)
We do not offer any refunds. However, if you decide to cancel your order before despatch send us an email to thewisestillseekhim@gmail.com. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We do not accept exchanges at all due to hygiene reasons. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival which should not happen as all items are quality checked before shipping. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to thewisestillseekhim@gmail.com and we will assist you further.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
